1. Standard terms (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday; the usual time of take over is 2pm and you must leave your property by 10am. You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and you are
responsible for any damage or loss sustained during your stay.
2. Deposit/confirmation/payment
Deposit
A booking for a holiday will become firm when a deposit of £100 has been received, up to that time it will be a provisional booking, and provisional bookings are normally held for a maximum of 7
working days.
Confirmation
We will confirm your booking via email (or in writing) once your deposit has been received. Please notify us if you have not received confirmation within ten days of
sending your deposit.
Payment
The full balance of the total holiday cost will be due and payable six weeks before the holiday begins. For bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday start
date you pay the full balance when you make your booking. If the full balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the deposit will be forfeit.
Payment maybe made by cheque or by credit card.
The booking will be deemed to have been accepted from the person named as 'lead name' on the booking form or stated as such in any telephone booking. A
binding contract between us (Tudor Holidays and the lead name) will come into existence once we receive your deposit, any other members of the party will be deemed to be guests of the lead name and his/her
family. The contract shall be subject to English law and we both agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. In all cases these Conditions of Hire form the basis
of your contract.
3. Number in your party
It is a condition of your booking that the total number in your party shall not exceed the capacity of the property as advertised; babies under 2 are not normally counted as a member of your party. The use of
tents or sleeping in motor vehicles adjacent to the property is not permitted.
4. Cancellation
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel your holiday.
If you cancel, you are still liable for the payment of your balance-of-hire money. We will endeavour to relet your holiday, if we are able to do so before you pay your balance-of-hire money, you will only lose
your booking deposit (or you may transfer your deposit to cover another period). If we are able to relet after you have paid your balance-of-hire money, we will refund the whole or part of that money up to a
maximum of the hire charges we receive on reletting.
5. Linen and towels
Bed linen is provided; this will be sheets and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. Towels are also provided - one bath towel per person and hand towels, if you require more than this please feel free to bring your
own.
6. Availability
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that your confirmed property will be available for your use on the agreed date. Very occasionally, "force majeure" does not make this possible, where
"force majeure" (see below) arises, we have the right to cancel your booking. In this event, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative property, if available, if we cannot do so or if you do not
wish to accept the alternative we offer, we will refund all monies you have paid to us in full. Where any cancellation or change results from "force majeure" as defined below, our liabilities are
limited to offering you an alternative property (where available) or full refund as set out above. We regret we cannot pay any compensation or meet any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such
cancellation or change.
Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of the property (which
cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage or any similar event beyond our
or the owner's control. Such circumstances also include riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened
terrorist activity and all similar situations beyond our or the owner's control.
We (the owners) have the right to refuse to hand over accommodation to any person(s) who, in our reasonable opinion is not suitable to take charge of it. In such cases, all hire charges paid will be refunded in
full, the contract shall be terminated and we will have no further liability.
If, in the reasonable opinion of ourselves, any person(s) is not suitable to continue the holiday because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or danger or significant annoyance to others, the contract
may be terminated, in which case we will have no further liability. In this event, you will remain liable to pay the hire price and no refund shall be due.
7. Damage to the property
The hirer shall also be liable for any damage caused in the property during the period of hire. We (the owners) have the right to enter any accommodation (without prior notice if this is not practical or
possible) if special circumstances or emergencies arise (for example if repairs need to be carried out).

Tudur Holidays cater primarily for family holidays and unfortunately cannot accept single-sex groups and/or younger parties.
